Enticed "Best Seller"

Enticed.

This piece is very personal to me.
It relates to my own struggles dealing with temptations and addictions, fighting that inner demon, which most of us have probably had to at some point in life.
I wanted to show how these stumbling blocks can entice you when you are trying to move away from them. I have tried to capture the idea of deception, enticement and entrapment.

The story of Jesus in the wilderness really inspired me and how temptation aka the devil, always comes to you at your weakest point.

"If You Are The Son Of God Tell This Stone To Become Bread"

Another inspiration for this piece was the child catcher from one of my favourite childhood movies Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and how he is trying to entice the children with sweets at no cost, to capture them.

"Here We Are Children, Come And Get Your Lollipops, Lollipops, Come Along My Little Ones. They're All Free Today, Cherry Pie, Cream Puffs, Ice Cream, Treacle Tart."
